All appointments require a non-refundable $75 booking fee to secure your appointment time. Your booking fee will be applied to your service cost. Please note if you are a cover-up or need a color correction an additional $50 will be applied to your service cost, this applies to any previous work remaining on the procedure area.

If you are under 18 years of age a parent must be present.

If you are pregnant, feel you may be pregnant or are currently breastfeeding.

If you have keloids or are prone to keloid scarring.

If you are on Accutane or have used Accutane in the past year.

If you have any skin conditions such as Rosacea, Psoriasis, Eczema, or Seborrheic Dermatitis, excessive sweating may affect your healing process.

If you have any history of herpes infection at the proposed procedure site (Lip Blush) please consult your doctor for proper treatment. (Anti-Viral).

If you are heavily on medications, specifically any blood thinning medications or antibiotics.

If you are currently undergoing any cancer treatment. You must be off of Chemo/Radiation for 6 months prior.

If you have cardiac valve disease or suffer from any heart conditions.

If you have epilepsy, diabetes, allergic reaction to latex or antibiotics, hemophilia, or other bleeding disorders.

If you are diabetic, please consult your doctor. If you are diabetic you need to email a doctor’s note prior to your appointment.

DISCLAIMER: Please understand every skin type is very different from each others. Though it’s typical that Permanent Makeup and Fine Line Tattoos are a two-appointment process, SOME skin types may require additional touch-ups, and healed results vary from person to person. Lifestyle, genetics, skin care, skin type, medications, aftercare, etc… all impact your healed results and retention.

DEPOSITS: All deposits/booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

PREVIOUS WORK: It is required to send a photo in for approval before booking. Failure to do so will result in potential loss of deposit. Not all work can be covered. Previous work must be 70%-90% faded before working over it and it will most likely need additional touch-ups to fully cover the previous work.

LATE POLICY: Please try your best to show up on time. Life happens but please understand that being 15 minutes will cut into the next appointment. Being 15 minutes late is considered a "No-Show" and you will have to book again and pay a new deposit. I allow just enough time for back-to-back clients so being late will affect the people after you which isn't fair to them. I wouldn't rush your appointment, or anyone else. It's not fair to them or your face.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELATIONS: 1 reschedule is allowed with a minimum of 72-hour notice before your appointment. A second reschedule at any time results in the forfeit of the deposit. Rescheduling within 72 hours of your appt will result in a loss of deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of appt will forfeit your deposit and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Day of cancellations will be charged $100.

NO CALL NO SHOWS: By booking you agree to pay a $100 No-Show fee should you miss your appointment with no notice. Please understand No Showing your appointment is taking time away from other clients, it’s money out of our pockets and it is disrespecting our time with no prior notice. We don't clock in and get paid hourly or have a salary, so it hurts a small business tremendously when clients no-show their appt with no notice. The fees are not a cash grab but help protect our business and prevent people from wasting our time. If you would like to book again after no-showing, you will be required to pay the service in full at the time of booking. Should you miss your second appt, I will not take you as a future client and no refunds will be given. I try to accommodate you the best I can so this doesn't happen; I send out a confirmation email, 2 reminder emails, and a reminder text.

GUESTS POLICY: Please do not bring any guests with you to your appointment. They will be asked to wait in the car. Please do not bring any kids. My room is licensed as a tattoo room, kids are not permitted. Thank you for understanding.
